If you live in or around Helensville and want someone you can trust with your car, these are your guys.Helensville Mechanical aren’t a huge shop looking to crank out high volumes but trustworthy locals who go the extra mile to look after our community. They have dropped me off back at home so I can get straight back to work. Brought my son into the shop to show him what it looks like under a car which was magical for my then-6-year-old car lover. And they are clear and straight forward about what needs or will need doing. Great communication.Highly recommend them to anyone who values integrity and hard work.

We started using Helensville mechanical for quite some time for our buisness vehicles... Brent and Sam have always gona above and beyond to accommodate our last minute service appts or unexpected breakdowns. Brent also even went above and beyond to help us fight a battle with our new Ute that was poorly repaired by the dealer we got it from which lead to the dealers having to own their mistake and pay for the expensive repair. Went to get my WOF done and had more problems than I expected. As a young teenage female I don’t enjoy dealing with car things as I don’t know much, however my experience today was very relaxing and enjoyable. Brent explained it very well and in-depth, very honest, very helpful and when I asked questions or didn’t understand something i wasn’t made to feel stupid for asking or not knowing. Had everything written and printed out easy for me to read and understand. Customer service and communication from Nicky was amazing shes super friendly, very organised and very helpful. 1000% coming back and from now on working with them as my go to mechanics.
