Recently we had a shower leak and we called Ben to detect where the leak come from. Ben is very nice and knowledgeable, and he found out a reason within an hour. However, I covered the spot completely and tested again after Ben left and proved that the spot he found was not the root reason. I called Ben again and he promised he would come back to test again after the weekend. Unfortunately he got Covid during the weekend so he didn’t show up (I called a couple of times to know he got Covid). It turns out I found the problem by myself and fixed it now. I called ispecalise to let them know what is the actual issue. And been told they will have a discussion. I don’t expect a full refund on this case as Ben did spend effort on it and the spot he found is contributing to the leak though not the actual reason (the actual reason is the grout cracked on the steps and the spot Ben found, water will pass that way to get to the cracked grout) I also acknowledge shower leak is very tricky to detect. I am satisfied with the service but feel the money I spend on it this time is not worth.--------------------Re-reply:First of all, I never say I had asked 3 companies to check it before you, I only said I asked for 1 plumber to check it and didn't find out why, not sure how you get the impression that I tried 3 plumbers.Secondly, the pressure test was never conducted for my case, only the base test and shower screen test was done.Third, you cannot 100% sure that the red area I found is a SECOND Leak, I have consulted people who install the shower glass, they will not using screws to fix it to the tile, which means it is very likely that the silicon gap Ben found is not the reason at all. But again I acknowledge the contribution of this finding, because water pass those gap and will just arrive to the grout gap I found by myself.Fourth, once again, I am totally fine with the money you charged, no question at all, I just personally feel the money I spend was not worth for the outcome. Also I was surprised that the invoice I got due strictly on the same day, and if not paid on the same day extra charge will be incurred (BTW I received the invoice around 4pm).Fifth, I am glad you replied me on Google, as I am waiting a conclusion from your discussion since 4 days ago.Lastly, I understand everyone wants to protect their own business, and this one is very tricky. So I am trying to be as neutral as possible for my comments. Hope this review will offer people some real experience on shower leak detection.

Ben came out and made short work of what could have been a nightmare to locate. We had a blocked drain and he managed to locate it with his specialist equipment promptly. Thanks mate saved us ripping up our deck.
