Had a problem with the vape I purchased being damaged from a pod that leaked. Nothing was a hassle, staff member Tyler went above and beyond to get the problem fixed for me. Great communication and good prices. Hands down best vape store in Levin.

Poor customer service. Purchased a kit from them, also 3 pack of coils costs around 30$ I bought 2 packs with the device at purchase. so far 2/9 coils have been faulty. Went back in first time, they said they could do nothing, I needed to bring my tank in. Thinking nothing of it, i bought another 3 pack and continued on my way. Another coil would not work, so took the tank and the 2 coils in, to which they said you bought them too long ago for us to replace them for you. First time i went in THE OWNER of the shop told me to bring it in next time with my tank, no hurry.. and he would check it out and replace. I only just put the last coil in 2 days ago when i found it was faulty. I find it disappointing that because I don't go through coils fast enough for them that I am penalized.They did not replace, simply stated, they were purchased to long ago and they will do nothing to rectify, because of that basis.Will not shop there again.The Consumer Guarantees Act (CGA) protects consumers by:allowing you to seek repairs, replacements or refunds when goods are faultyGreat job shosha, will be sure to advise any of my contacts that you guys don't follow these standards.FYI. I asked for a nord x coil got home opened it when to put it in vape to find out it is a normal 2 coil waste of 8 dollars

Shop there weekly, spend quite a bit of money. Went to upgrade vape. Asked all the right questions for what I was after. Told them I needed a vape that lasted the day, due to work. Was sold a vape I was told would last the day, I asked the staff member a couple of times, she guaranteed it would. It lasted half a day, took it back within the week. Was refused a refund or credit. Was told the vape lasts as long as they recommend it does, being half a day. Was told the staff member who sold it possibly has the experience where this one lasts the day. We did not want her experience but product knowledge and how long it lasted. So now stuck with a vape that is no good. The young maori guy in there is great, but that's where their great staffing ends. Would avoid if you are wanting product information. They have just lost loyal customers. Well done.
