Just had two cars and a motorcycle checked here over the last month. Great time saver over VTNZ with their bookings-only system. Friendly staff and nice peaceful comfortable waiting area. Highly recommend!

Booked over the phone easily, then missed my appointment time and they promptly contacted me and graciously allowed me to drive down asap and still be seen. Very polite and friendly service. The gentleman that undertook the WOF was professional and advised now i was in the system i would get an update for the next due date. Highly recommend.

Another short notice customer here! Called up on Saturday, they said they could squeeze me in the Monday 8AM. Took it up, got the WOF and was notified it was ready really quickly and that I could collect at my leisure. Just a really nice team, obviously well run machine. Thank you for being a breeze to deal with.

I came in first thing in the morning without a booking as I hadn’t realised my WOF was overdue, they managed to fit me in and get me out the door within 45 minutes . Super helpful and friendly, would recommend!

Won't go anywhere else now. Excellent service from a great team. Book your WOF in advance then just drive straight in at your appointment time. No more 90 minute waits at VTNZ for me!

Great experience at WOF Albany today. Booked my Holden in for a WOF and was able to book a time rather than wait hours at VTNZ. Efficient service, nice man carried out the inspection and was friendly and easy to talk too. Staff behind the reception also friendly and helpful. They also carry out servicing, tyres, alignments etc.Nice clean workshop with seating for customers as well. Highly recommended.
