It was poor. Staff ain't very helpful gave me wrong product and I still had to pay for it. Not friendly, just stand at counter looking at me knowing well I needed help or continue put stock away and not come help there customers. Not happy with experience there today.

Not so friendly staff. Young man walking around behind the counter ignoring me but busy doing other things so i waited in line for the lady serving. He then stood by the till and after sometime passed i realised he was looking at me. No invite for service. I asked him... are you serving.. no response... so again are you serving and he simply put his hand out! Very poor.

Ok for small everyday things, but as per usual quotes for actual car parts are day light robbery. Recently got a quote for parts for my Nissan, I actually got all the parts I needed for less than half of the Repco quote from the local Nissan dealership!

Went to buy a truck battery on special. Figured it wasn't the battery that was the issue so had to return it for a refund. No problems what so ever with service from beginning to end. Chelsea is an asset to your team. Thanks for your help and no fuss refund!
