Chch store. Cafe beautiful, staff awesome, main clothing store staff mmmmm larthargic disappointing ( as per last visit a few years ago). I now try not to engage with them.Specials store, staff great. Store uninspiring doesn't fit the brand

Lovely products. But expensive for me since I don't need that warmth for the north of new Zealand. Lovely cafe with gorgeous food. Factory shop at that back had a good variety of products also. Would visit again.

Place has gone downhill fast. Slow and forgetful service, food was average at best.Will take my money elsewhere from now on.
