I used the website booking service and was able to get a service time that suited me. It also allowed me to give them notes on issues I was having ahead of the service. My car came back on time and much cleaner than when I dropped it off. I love using Woodend Automotive.

On my way North, my car developed a major electronic fault, which caused me to have a major mental meltdown, panic attack and outbreak of swearing bad enough that it surprised me as well!The guys at Woodend checked out the fault, which was bad enough to require the car to be towed back to Christchurch for further analysis and (hopefully) a repair.They were incredibly helpful, performed several checks and attempted to clear the fault while I ran in little circles like a startled chook.Their help enabled me to make arrangements to continue my travels, even though it was not necessary for them to do so.I have no hesitation in recommending them wholeheartedly and would gladly use their services at any further time.If I could rate them as six-star, I would.Their toilet is exceptionally clean too...not like other garages I have had reason to visit for the same purpose. Just sayin'.

Great place, booked in got to drop my vehicle off not long after making the booking even though it wasn’t needed for another couple of days vehicle was done and repaired a day earlier than expected! Will be back

Yes, this is one of those garages that will fail you on warrant stuff to make more money off you. Additionally a problem they orgonally diagnosed and 'fixed' (they said a pinking issue) end up being nothing related to the actual issue (a lose drive belt) and another garage found and fixed the issue in about 10mins. Other than that, friendly crowd.

Top notch service from these guys! We were reccomended them by a friend of ours as we had on going issues with our territory. We took it in to see what we needed done for it to pass a Warrent knowing it would be a long list. They were very thorough and the loan car we had was clean, tidy and great to zip myself and the kids round town in. We expected the car to be in the shop for 2-3 days and got a message by the end of the day saying it was all ready to go! We expected a bill around the 2k mark and were amazed that it came under 1k! The team was professional and friendly. We will be back again for all of our cars needs! Thanks again team!
