Pretty good before service poor after service. Brought a ranger from this crew hadn't fixed everything that was meant to be done then leaving Auckland broke down on bombays.. finally got home contacted him couple times to get these issues sorted with no reply what so ever. Clearly didn't want to know about it.

Sold me a absolute lemon car nothing but problems with it. Should have never gotten a wof with perished tyres hole in the exhaust the list goes on. Very disappointed how long it took him to get some of the issues sorted. Not happy trent I thought you were a genuine person

Bought a highlander from Trent and he was great. It broke down a week later and we found we had the wrong mechanical warranty. Rang Trent and he sorted it straight away. He has also liased with the repairer and sorted everything out. Now waiting for the final outcome

Trent from 138 Cars was kind & not pushy like some sales reps which made the initial purchase pleasant however things turned Sour shortly after. Had an oil leak issue a week later on a Holden purchased off 138 Cars. Texted/Called Trent multiple times to arrange a suitable time to drop it & have it fixed....no reply! Took personal time off & went to various garages to get Quotes & emailed Trent thinking he was busy to get repaired... no reply! I ended up fixing the issue with Holden which wasn't cheap. Terrible experience personally. Be aware with vehicles purchased of them people.

From my own personal experience, I won't be buying a car from 138 Cars +ever+, the salesman was not helpful, unfriendly, not interested in a deal or negotiating . I should now say thank you to him, as he made me look somewhere else, I got a later model & better priced car, with excellent customer service on the North Shore.
