Went to Rodney Wayne, St Lukes today at 9am.... when i asked the 2 girls if i could get a cut... they laughed!!! We are fully booked" they said.... (The store was completely empty!! Empty!! Not a soul in sight!) Now

5 stars for the customer service I received from RJ today. Absolutely delightful, attentive, applied my colour, and I like the blow wave and curls she gave me too. Great experience thank you. Wendy Wind xx

5 stars to the whole team at Rodney Wayne St Lukes and especially Jassy! I met Jassy almost fifteen years ago, and have been going to her ever since. She always does an incredible job and is great for a chat too. Awesome stylist, awesome team, awesome service.

Jassy has been cutting my hair for years and always provides excellent and thoughtful service, with a real flair for a creating something just for me that works with my hair type (thick, wavy and now rather grey!) and my daily regime - from bobs, to pixie and everything in between. Highly recommended!

The other day I came here to get my roots bleached and there was a miscommunication between myself and the hairdresser. I was pretty upset just because I was quite stressed about the price, however the hairdresser and more specifically the receptionist were so kind to me. Despite it taking about three more hours change my hair to what I wanted, they didn't charge me or make me feel bad or anything. Kindness goes a long way and these ladies are so so lovely, made me feel so taken care of and cared about. My hair came out amazing! I couldn't recommend this place more and I will definitely be back (but I'll be better at explaining what I want next time ahaha).

Amazing salon. Staff were so incredibly lovely! Front desk lady was super nice and made sure I was comfortable!! Stylist was a junior but done such a fantastic job! Thank you so much for making me feel welcome!

Isaac is amazing, highly recommend him. He really listens to what you want and end results are superb. Very talented young man, and a rising super star.

I don’t normally leave reviews but I just had a cut & colour done for the first time here by Loulou and Porsha and wow what a lovely experience. I love my result and the knowledge of all the staff made me feel relaxed and like in was in the perfect hands. thank you so much x
