I have been going to Cromwell’s NRG gym for their morning fit classes for 3 years now. The class is three times a week and is always varied and well thought out, the class gives me a great base for my training in multi-sport and the NRG team are always organised, friendly and very approachable. Highly recommend!

I have been coming to the Gym for the past 17 years.During this time, the gym has continued to improve with an excellent range of equipment - some of which is now well beyond my capabilities. Staff are very friendly and it is a happy place to be.

We have belonged to this gym for over 5 years & nothing has changed ( other than awesome new gym equipment & extra classes & challenges!!) with the level of commitment from the staff, the “go the extra mile “ & just general personal attention & sense of belonging that we experience at this gym.
