Awesome food can't wait to go again!

Absolutely horrible! I bought a melting moment from this bakery and it was pretty much a missile !! It was so hard and they didn't even give me a refund. Don't waste your time there its absolutely horrible. Customer services were poor because they treated you like dirt. Don't recommend

Best steak and cheese pie I've had in ages! Proper pieces of chunky steak in rich gravy with buttery golden pastry. 2x pies, custard bun, ham and cheese bun and a Fresh Up for $14, so cheap!

Having worked in the best pie shop in NZ (Patrick’s Pies Tauranga) I know what an award winning pie tasted like.I tried the steak and cheese pie from Thames bakery and was surprised to discover that it’s close as it should be to an award winning pie.The pastry is very good and the filling also has big chunks of steak unlike most of the places.But the filling could improve a little.This is the second best pie I have had in NZ.I’m surprised to find such a good quality pie in a small city like thames.Also tried the Ham and cheese bun too.It’s very good quality and cheap.Keep up the good work and just a suggestion may be you guys should enter the Bakels Pie Competition next year.

Pretty good for a quick bite on the way to a job.

Hot chocolate needs a lot of improvement, may be its just today, hope it will get fixed, becoz for someone like me a good morning hot drink is something essential, cheers

Potato top was way too salty and no real flavour. Wedges were cold
