These guys no how to serve people. Amazing staff!!! We are from out of town and the offer to courier our new shoe purchases definitely cinched the deal! What a great solution to our luggage dilemma! So so happy! Will be back on my next trip to welly

I have been very impressed with the service from staff. When I place an order the shoes have arrived in chch within 2 days. There is a wide selection to choose from particularly sandals. I had to return a pair and that was a simple procedure and how nice it was to receive an email to let me know the shoes had arrived back to them and credit within 2 days. Well done Mischief. I am a very happy customer

I had a great experience shopping at Mischief, i saw a pair of boots on their website and called in to request for it to send to Wellington brand and the shipping was so fast.Henry at Wellington store was so nice to me and he is wonderful in customer service. They have a nice range of boots selection. Totally recommend this store

Dave and I visited the Wellington shop yesterday....and today.Dave bought cool boots and I got sandles. Cannot recommend enough. Great service, great staff and so much choice at great prices.So friendly and helpful. An amazing shopping experience!

I was visiting Wellington in March and was a bit worried trying to find winter boots to wear to a wedding that I needed for a few days time. The staff were exceptional. I have forgotten the man and woman’s names but won’t forget their amazing service. The woman found my size in the Bresley boots I wanted and got them in for me by the next morning. I swung by the next day morning before heading to Paekākāriki and they were there waiting. I was also offered other options of having them shipped! The customer service was above and beyond with solutions and genuine friendly staff. Best shopping experience in a long time!! Ngā mihi

Great experience with staff person Sailah..she has knowledge about the product ,customer needs & very warm personality. I recently bought boots made in Spain.. I mentioned I need something that can deal with moisture & cold weather & walkable at same time with style to it ,the product she recommended & shown are amazing ,sold in 15 minutes and she also mentioned I can drop my previous boots for repair..very through & friendly..I highly recommend visiting to this store..
