Amazing service from the first phone call onward. After sending the video off I got a call to say there was just an old movie and no home movie on it. He offered to check out a few other videos if I could send them down to find the right one. But a few days later I recalled that the home movie was recorded near the end of the video. I rang him back and was happy to learn he hadn’t thrown it away and he searched and found the footage! Absolutely over the moon and it’s clear the team enjoy doing this! Thank you everyone for these treasured memories now digital.
