We have used cafe supply before and received our purchase with no issues. However, my most recent purchase on 05 Feb 2023 still hasn't arrived and noone has responded to my calls or emails.I understand that shipments may be delayed for a variety of reasons but it is a good practice to update customers on when they might receive their order given the delays.If cafe supply could please check their email and voice message and respond it would be much appreciated.

Top brands, straightforward talk and great variety.We were assisted by Cafe Supply customer service who delivered a fantastic service. They listened to what we wanted, suggested some options and helped us getting the best product - very knowledgeable guy! Beyond that, they made the pick up incredibly easy and we can’t thank him enough for helping us finding our best fit (and best fridge at best price!)I will not thinking twice to get my next washing machine, cooker or any other appliance - Cafe Supply will be my first stop. We totally recommend it

Cafe Supply got back to my message and apologised for being short on stock (was an airblower) and the inconvenience. I was given the option of waiting for new stock or getting a refund - I was given a refund within 24hrs which I greatly appreciated.

Very dissapointed with the service and product. Their lack of communication is appalling. The countertop display fridge is very noisy and disturbing, customers were commenting on this. My next step will be to gain advise from Citizens advice bureau and report to NZ police. I have spent a lot of money for an item that is sub standard.

Overall experience was good. I received my second fridge and happy with the quality. There was bit delay as they had staff shortage and I was struggling to contact them but they explained the situation which is understandable. Happy with the service.
