Your carparking building on Auburn St is a menace to the residences in this block. Loud construction at 2am in the morning, stairwell door alarms that sound all night, etc (all in breach of council noise regulations).

The cafe has excellent customer service, seriously the kindest and nicest people working there. Really nice place to have meetings.
