Great range, decent prices that sometimes lag behind other shops’ increases, and staff are genuinely helpful.Staff both here and at Bivouac are happy to refer to each other where one is out of stock of a product, and the staff are happy to answer questions when you’re just browsing.

Spent $500+ on a pack. Went back 30 mins later to return as I found a cheaper item elsewhere but no refunds allowed. Spent months trying to spend the credit on limited items across their stores. Would shop elsewhere as other competitor stores offer refunds especially in this circumstance. Nice customer service otherwise.

Really love the design of the store with all the wooden beams coming together in the centre. They got a good selection of hiking shoes and other outdoor/camping articles. The store could almost use some more space ;-) It's connected with the Icebreaker store, you can walk between the stores without leaving them.
