Firstly the website was very user friendly when I went to book my storage unit. Easy instructions to chose what size and price and then book and pay for your unitThe only issue I had was once I had booked and paid for my unit I never heard what I should do next either via email or phone until I made contact!When I did go into storage King to sign paperwork etc, the guy whom I dealt with was very friendly, informative and helpful, even showing me where my storage unit was!I am very happy with the service I received at storage King and reasonable prices too!!

From start to finish I cannot fault these guys and their awesome service. My daughter needed to move out of her dorm and store her gear for a couple of months. She packed everything up and for an extra $65.00 they collected it all and took it to the unit. They gave her the keys etc and talked her through how it all worked. I paid for it all online and she gave the return date.I contacted them a few days before her return and they gave a window if when to show up to open the unit and again they delivered it to her new flat for $65.00. You couldn't get a mover for anywhere close to this price and I looked.They were friendly and went above and beyond to help her and make it all less stressful and overwhelming and I cannot thank them enough.I cannot recommend these guys and this company enough.5 stars pluscheers

Storage King, Riccarton were so accommodating to a tough situation. I had sold my property and had a few weeks before moving into my new property. They had 1 unit big enough but they were using this one themselves. They emptied this unit allowing us to move our gear in and they were only to happy to do this. Great service, great insurance approved storage unit and very obliging staff***** FIVE STARS *****

Stored some furniture and general household items for a couple of weeks, and was incredibly impressed with the service offered by the team. Nothing was too much trouble, and everybody that I spoke to bent over backwards to help me and to check if I needed different size unit before the rental started, or if I needed to change my booking for any reason. Whatever I needed, wasn't going to be a problem.I would not hesitate to recommend them to anybody, and if I ever need storage again then I know exactly where I'll be going.Special shout out to Wendy and Rami, who were both just so willing and eager to make the whole process as simple as possible, gave excellent customer service, and were just both absolutely delightful to deal with.

Magnificent to deal with. Very quick to provide the details and how to use the facility, and to assist with your storage requirements. Thomas was terrific and went through all that was necessary. Would certainly highly recommend using this company, they will not disappoint. Thomas will assist you just the same way he did with me. Please use them.

From absolute first contacts until I got my items into the unit Tristan and the team have been absolutely phenomenal. Extremely accommodating and tending to the needs of the customer they left me with a very good customer experience and made the difference in my choice of storage providers I would happily use their services time and time again as they have proven themselves to be nothing but the best thank you for the extra effort when staying late to insure my unit and signup were hassle-free. Honestly some of the best customer service I have experienced among many different fields I work in. I look forward to dealing with you again shortly.

I had my stuff with these guys for a few months and the units are not secure from dust and dirt so make sure you cover all your couches and beds! My moving company said he had never seen so much dust in a storage unit he's picked up from and said I should take pictures. When I rung them to explain they said it's not their job to help me it's all handled by a third party insurance company and I have to pay a fee to make a claim etc. They didn't seem to understand what I was asking or want to help me, just kept saying they don't deal with these problems etc. ALSO they couldn't even email me a final invoice total for what I owed them (they sent me a weird screenshot), I had to pay them a different way that I had been paying them the whole time seemed really odd. Then didn't send me a single conformation of my payment so I have no idea if they got it. Pretty casual practices for a big company I would avoid these guys it's so expensive for what you actually get.
