music too loud its deafening when the hall is small. Make a joyful noise into the Lord,all the earth; make a loud noise, and rejoice, and sing praise. Doesn't have to destroy the ear drums though

The culture set here is about hierarchy and control. They woo you though emotions of worship" music and messages which are vague and hardly relatable to peoples everyday struggles. It is programmed every week. When you are on team it's kinda 'expected' you are there and they make you feel bad if you are not. When you stop serving there is no need for you and no contact is made after you leave. Every position here I have experienced is about being 'good enough
