Had a few consultations with them, they are always friendly and helpful. Listened to my concerns, asked quite a lot of questions and discussed the way of moving forward. They can also give you prescriptions and refer you to the lab if needed.

The most disappointing consultation i have ever had before. I was asked questions, tried to answer them then was spoken over before i finished speaking. I was told to use soap for the acne i have on my face, when i disagreed with using soap on my face the doctor told me that's what she had been taught. Would not recommend at all, almost feel like this website is a scam. What a complete waste of money, time & energy that was.

I’ve had 3 amazing consults with the doctors here, all sorted within minutes. The first dr was sympathetic and kind and got the referral and medication for me within 20 minutes aswell as seeing another patient. My 2nd experience was amazing, I booked for 11:30 but he called me early as I mentioned in the message on their website I had a splitting headache and needed my prescription refilled. I went down and got the prescription right away and came right within a couple of hours. The 3rd consult was with a female doctor who gave solid advice but with what I had we couldn’t do much over the phone, I took the advice and slowly got better over the week. (Food poisoning). I cannot recommend this service enough.

I booked this service for my partner after finding out about it from the yourbestcare site. He had a really bad tooth ache causing facial swelling and he urgently needed antibiotics to reduce the infection before he can see a dentist. It was short notice and we couldn't get him in anywhere today except here, virtually. The doctor was lovely. She rang him 3 hours before his appointment so that he could get to a chemist and fill the prescription before they shut and start treatment immediately. Amazing, no hassle service. Highly recommend for when you desperately need medical attention but it really isn't serious enough to warrant a trip to urgent care to wait for hours since the NZ healthcare system is under huge pressure!

I really don't recommend using this service. The doctor was not helpful and seemed to just want to end the call as soon as possible. Also, if you have a problem with their service, you will need to call them during normal working hours. This is strange for an after hours consultation service. Waste of money and time.

I had a great experience with Dr Zoe. She was very kind understanding and I felt my concerns were taken seriously during the appointment.

Poor service and unprofessionalism

At the appointment I was told that the goctor couldn't help me and he ended the appointment. I was confused and asked if I would still be charged yo which he replied no. However I have still been sent a bill.

I saw a nurse practitioner who was more helpful than my enrolled practice.I booked the apt at 4am and was able to get any time I wanted the next day, which was a Sunday.I needed a prescription which accidentally got emailed to wrong town , but a phone call to customer support remedied it within one minute, literally.I would quite happily have this provider as my regular service.It will depend on who you get though. I got lucky, perhaps. You can't choose who you see, only the day and time.If you cancel at least six hours before the apt, you won't be charged.Great service so far.
