Very impressed with Chapman Collision Repairs! I bought a black lip spoiler and shark fin antenna off Trade Me and wanted it colour matched to my red car, not only did Chapmans give me the cheapest quote of all the places I asked but they had it back to me in 3 days. The colour is perfect! looks like its straight from the factory. Great bunch down there who know what they're doing, couldn't be happier with the service I received.

Picked up my vehicle this week from Chapman Collision Repairs and can 100% say that the whole experience from initial introduction to driving away once the repair was completed was five star.I dealt mostly with Gregg and it was obvious to me he has vast knowledge and experience in all things related to the motor industry, not just in the Collision sector but mechanical also.The occasions where I did communicate with other members of the team was also very professional and courteous.The communication was great and most importantly, the end product was outstanding, the side of the car that was extensively damaged and repaired looked like it had just been driven out of a new car showroom.I highly recommend Chapman Collision Repairs to anybody requiring such services and thanks Greg and the Team for everything you did to help us throughout this process.

Awesome experience with Chapman, always happy to sit down and explain what they have done and go over it with you. I just got some paint and panel work done and the end result is amazing. Will definitely be returning.

Great workmanship. My car looks like new! They go above and beyond expectations. Friendly service and car cleaned too. Due to high demand for repairs because of the Auckland floods there was a delay in repair starting but it was worth the wait.

I could not be more impressed with the service and professionalism from Greg and his excellent team. From the time I brought my vehicle in for assessment following an accident, to their excellent follow-up after it was repaired, their communication was efficient and clear, time frames were explained and adhered to, and repairs were described in language I easily understood. I appreciated their down-to-earth approach and that they were upfront and honest about what was needed. The team was very well presented and looked to take pride in their jobs, and I was greeted in a welcoming way even when the workshop was very busy (which it was!). I felt valued as a customer and had a great experience, and thank the team for making what would have been a stressful experience for me so much more pleasant and straightforward.
