Very poor English could not understand what we were asking for. Also had a trainee guy taking the orders an was putting uncooked meat on the sandwiches they didn't even know what goes on there sandwiches even had to ask for more salad to be put on as could still see the bread will not be going back sort it out

Last order they forgot my avocado that they charged me $3 for. This order was chicken teriyaki sub with chicken that was dry af and included some delightful rock-hard black pieces.

Rip offs...tryed to make me pay for the egg in my steak ,egg and cheese footlong separately.....by the time the did the math for my footlong box....basically totalled to buying each item included invidually.Rip offs

As always fast prompt service. Lots of seating as uber eats seems to be the preferred method these days. Clean and tidy. I find this subway one of the better ones within Hamilton city area

Had average customer service. Do not want to put her but she was assembling the sub by throwing everything in it. Bread was like a rubber. Filling was that minimal that i felt like i am only eating bread by itself.

The female server today at around 1pm was very rude. No customer service skills. Throwing bread, and ingredients onto sub, no care taken! However, the young man was very nice!

What Drama! Husband ordered 1 foot long pork riblet, lightly toasted! Then they burnt his bread, another customer offered to have his bread roll, only to placed in and amongst a previous order. Then the person who ordered before him, complained that her food will be cold now. Bad enough he had to ask the server to put more vegetables on his order. Only to wait twice as long!! Not impressed & hopeful for a fast improvement!

I encountered probably the nicest most efficient staff in my life at Subway at 1pm December 27 2022. I left the store thoroughly impressed at the extreme professionalism these ladies possessed. Was very happy with the service and would return to this particular subway in the future. Wish I remembered your names but thanks so much.
