Professional friendly staff who always take the time to explain things to me in a way I can understand. I feel I can trust them with the work I give them.

I went there for a silver service but I have to comment, service this time around was absolutely horrible. I had a great experience at the Te Rapa centre last time so it’s such a shame.On dropping my keys and as advised by reception, I was in for a service and was told it would take at least half a day. This was the first off point for me as my previous service done by the te rapa centre did not take that long. Then, I was asked “if during the service we find any faults that need repairing, would you like us to proceed or to give you a ring to inform first?” I went for the latter of course.However, on picking my car up, they informed me of an oil leak which they “discovered” DURING the service when they put my car up the hoist. They asked me if I ever noticed my car smelled of petrol and I replied no! Genuinely never had this issue before. Lady at the front went on and on about how the fumes were dangerous and could make me a sleepy driver. AA let me leave with my car reeking of petrol which it never was prior to sending it in to their workshop.So I guess my question is why was this not raised at any point when my car was there?? They did not ring me about it at all and this was not an issue at the previous service. Then the lady went on about how this could’ve happened in between services but I got my WOF done less than 2 months ago at VTNZ and one would think given the severity of the issue, I would fail that surely.Even more terrible was that they could only get me in for a full check the following week…. And said my whole back seats would have to be taken apart for them to spot where the leak was from?? And that that would take the whole day??AA at Te Rapa could fit me in the next day but they fell short of expectations as well. Told me to leave my car there and after 4-6 hours of it sitting there, I finally got a call informing they could not have a look on the same day as my tank was full of gas! This is the most ridiculous thing I’ve heard…. Even talked to my dad who is a mechanic about it.Went to 5 different mechanics and they were able to diagnose AND fix the problem within the hour. My car has been driving mint since.I don’t know if I can ever trust AA as much as I did before after recent experiences.

Great service from this AA it might cost a bit more than some other mechanics but you pay for what you get they cleaned my window vacuumed the floors and polished the tires a good experience overall and Rachel is very helpful and friendly will be back next year for another service.

I always use the AA for my services and warrants. Amazing, honest, good old fashioned service and I never have to worry about a thing. Can’t recommend them enough!

A top quality job. It was done in very good time..Went for a WOF and Siver service. They replaced any parts necessary at the time rather than having to go back again. Can't fault the AA.. Lou Smith. Lovely guy at reception.. One thing which would be awesome, is if AA's had a courtesy car fir out of town customers.

They are very helpful and they make sure to call back and double check with me if it is OK to go head with the fixing required. When I went to pay Andy was very kind to explain it to me what was wrong g with my old car. They arrange the bookings and call you once all the jobs. Is done and tell you how long it will take

Very friendly, accommodating and helpful staff

Went in for a service and a WOF , there was no communication from the staff while doing the service that the car had, few brakes issues. Went to pick up my car and was just told that the WOF had failed. Never in the past had any issues getting service and WoF done from AA. They usually say that we need to fix these issues while service and then WOF it . Was really disappointed
