Black & White has restored all my faith in car dealers! Their service and Natalie's efficiency exceeded all my expectations by a milestone! Bought an SUV from them and needless to say I am extremely happy with it, but here's where it gets even better....Had a vehicle under existing finance and asked B&W to check if they could refinance, not only did they refinance my car within 4hrs, they also slashed the current interest rate by more than half!!! A++++++++

I must accept that this was certainly my best car purchasing experience. Rhys Pocklington patient enough to not only educate us about the pros and cons of each car. He was also very helpful in answering every question we had. These days, car salesmen are merely concerned with making money but, a M,D/salesman Rhys and harry delivers on his promise of offering incredible service.We will definitely be coming back over the years thanks to our pleasant experience!

All the staff members were very friendly. H(?) Who he signed his texts as was a top bloke as was Paul, the salesman that sold me the car. Paul was very knowledgeable about the platform and of similar vehicles in its class. Having a salesman that has a good amount of knowledge on what they're selling put me at ease with my purchase. Jo, in admin who went over the final paperwork with me was also very pleasant. All in all a great experience and I'm stoked with my new car.

Highly recommend these guys!!! They're very helpful and nice, very welcoming for test driving and never hard-sell. Even they don't have the car I want, LUKE trys his very best to arrange for me! A plus service! Speechless!!!The quality of cars herr are pretty high standard and always come with new wheels. Decent price.

My daughter recently purchased her first car from B&W Motors in Christchurch. We live just outside of Hamilton and cannot fault the level customer service from initial inquiry, to purchase and pick up. The staff team were amazing with all our queries answered and the car well checked and prepared for sale. The car itself made our 1000km return trip home a pleasure.
