Terrible customer service . I have sent 3 emails to which I have never had a response . I rang twice to which I asked for them to call me back - they didn’t . Was told the manager would call back - still waiting - was told that they had not seen the emails come through yet confirmed the email address I sent it too ... poor workmanship over charged for a lousy job . This poor girl was so embarrassed to go out ! And you won’t refund her in product and or money returned . This is appalling. She booked for full head of foils ... she left with skunk stripes that wasn’t even to the roots and a blonde that was far to white for her - no proper consultation was done ... this is so sad
