Friendly staff, made you feel welcome and their was absolutely no judgement from the substance you were using. Results were quick within a few minutes. Even gave me my sample back. Be a fool not to use this service.

Called the requested helpline for advice on a drug and the way I was feeling , I started to explain the drug (which he didn’t know) and my situation only to be hung up on. This only made me feel worse. This happened today at around 11.45am , so who ever was taking calls then should be fired it was rude and completely disregarded.
