Sovereign Paint and spaniel are a small panel repair shop on the main road on the south side of Tawa.Needing to have some repairs done.they said they could do them and have set me an appointment when they can carry out the repairs.I found them helpful and they explained by.my apt was so far in the future (6 weeks appears to be the standard tome). They gave me helpful advice on how to deal with the insurance co.

Top service, helped us out with a busted tail light and dent. Good communication, quick service, work was to a high standard and a great price. Will use them again.

I was recommend by my Insurer to take my car here (close to where I live) after being rear ended. The owner/staff was polite and accommodating at first in booking the job and that was about it! I was given a date one month later to bring in the car.The car was repaired only to find left side of bumper misaligned and reverts not pressed in properly and simply hanging, not holding the inner liner securely. The liner reverts were replaced then and their with whatever reverts they had and told to coe another day to get the bumper sorted.So then booked in a second time and had the left side sorted only to find now the right side of the bumber was misaligned.So then it was taken in a third time around to get it sorted. This time there was no call made to say the car is ready untill I called to ask for my car. When I got their the other owner/staff came out saying that they cannot keep fixing this and faulting the bumber had been hit many times before and its not straight. Well, you didnot say any such thing during the first fixing attempt, besides isn't this your bread and butter to panel beat? Anyway when I finally tried to talk to the other guy, he was not willing to talk and just walked away after handing the car. The friendlys were not so friendly at the end and all I can think is it was down to poor workmanship. I will rethink next time I have a panel job. Yeh Nah!

Despite being extremely busy the company has worked to find best solution available in support of the customer with good communication.

I've used these panel beaters about 3 times now and I've always been impressed with their communication and friendly service. They made my insurance claim experience hassle-free, their workmanship is excellent and it's always great that they have a loan car available when required.

Brought my car in after it was reversed into by another vehicle. The lads at this shop did a great job making my car look brand new again! Cannot thank them all enough, will always rely on these guys when needed!

The paint work was fair but not piano finish fitment was sloppy and panel beaters who nock the dent out should try another job as I are now getting a real repair shop re doing there work everything was out of alignment so bad that they slotted the holes out on the tail light and then had to compensate all the parts they had thrown on the boot was way far over to the left and there fore everything else was out they offered to put it right but after them having my car for four days l get it back and everything was still the same what a joke to pretend that they sorted it not you people are bottom feeders I would never go there unless you are not car proud
