I had a great experience with this company i checked the review i got bit worried after seeing the reviews it was too late for me to cancel the order how ever WOW no comment this company is great they delivered the watch i ordered with in a week. They sent me the tracking number confirmed order everything on time top notch and honestly item is in great condition cant complain at all i will be ordering more if i purchased the same watch from a different company would have costed me around 1500 bucks but here cheaper top notch quality support the company peeps.

Avoid this company at all costs! They are extremely unprofessional and lie about multiple things.First they lied about the item being shipped even though it wasn‘t. From the tracking number I could later see that the item was sent 10 days after they said it was shipped (and 17 days after I placed the order).What is worse, they sent me a wrong item. They were extremely slow to reply to my emails. They acknowledged that it was their mistake, but when I sent the item back, they refused to return me the money for the shipping back and they lied about my consumer rights. They are actually breaching the Consumer Guarantees Act laws. Now they are not replying to my emails and messages any more.This was my worst experience with online shopping ever! Do not ever shop at this company, you will get scammed!

I purchased a watch, I indicated I wanted to COLLECT, as I was away on holiday. They sent it via courier anyway. Package was stolen.They have ignored and avoided every type of communication. My lawyers are now involved. Wish me luck.Avoid this place like the plague. Horrid customer service. This is not how business is conducted.

I place an order on the 23 May. It is almost 3 weeks now. I don’t hear anything from them. I got worsened experience with them. Now I am scared to place an order online in future with anyone. I spent around 315 dollar for a watch . As per the website delivery timeframe is 5 working days. I would say don’t buy anything from them.

I ordered a watch on 26/08/2020 for a fathers day gift. On the website it says takes 5 business days for watch to be received in NZ. Unless I wanted to pay $20 for fast postage which states 20 days - didn't make sense so I opted for free postage as it gave enough time for the watch to arrive.I received an SMS and email saying Greta your order #1972 has been received and you shall receive postage details in the next 24-48hours. So I waited, and after 48hours I hadn't received any details. I thought I'd wait a couple days - nothing.I emailed them on 31/08/2020 checking when the watch will be sent as I needed to start thinking of another father's day gift.I received a fast email on 01/09/2020 advising they will be sending an email with tracking number. I hadn't heard from them for another 48hours.Soni emailed on the 03/09/2020 asking when this would be sent? I received an email with a tracking number. I was so happy cause the tracking number said ready for delivery that same day. I kept checking whilst at work. I even got my partner and his parents to keep an eye out for the package. While on my break it stated package had been delivered. So I called my partner to check and he said nothing's been delivered. He asked his parents nothing arrived. I double checked the tracking number only to realise it was for a delivery in Rotorua. I'm in Dunedin. So I thought maybe they sent me the incorrect tracking number.I came on the website to try locate and contact number - it does not have one. Only to be contacted via WhatsApp...and Facebook.So I decided I'd email first as I got a fast response that way. I emailed them again on the 03/09/2020 advising the tracking number isn't mine because it states Rotorua not Dunedin. I had no response so I facebook messanger them advising tracking provided not for me what's the correct tracking number?They finally replied with a new tracking number and the item was just sent the same day at 17:08 postage was collected. I was yes finally my item will arrive hopefully Monday 6/09/2020 latest.I ended up buying another gift for my partner just so he had something to open on father's Day.Monday arrives and I've checked the tracking and no update since the item was picked up on 03/09/2020. I thought I'd give 5 days. So I'm up to day 2.I waited until the 10/09/2020 and I haven't received anything.I tried contacting them again via email, WhatsApp, Facebook messanger and I even commented on there photos on insta aswell as Facebook. I was blocked they replied saying I needed to follow up with NZ Post.I did and they cannot locate the package. The tracking number still only has item was collected on 03/09/2020 17:08.I have received one phone call since on 13/09/2020 asking if I have received the watch. I could not answer as I've been in hospital for a couple of days with a sick child.I called my partner to check if the watch has arrived and nothing has arrived. I tried calling the number back and no answer. I have texted them saying I still haven't received the watch.I have emailed numerous times no response. I am blocked on FB messenger. I have tried WhatsApp and I have never received a response there.I texted the number that called me on 13/09/2020 advising I'm not happy still no watch. I would like a refund. They have responded saying I need to contact the guy I bought it off. I replied saying I bought it off this website to guy as I didn't talk to nobody.I haven't received a reply since. I bought a $400 watch and still nothing!VERY VERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE!I really wanted to support NZ businesses due to covid and have nothing but stress from this purchase!BUY AT YOUR OWN RISK AND IF YOU LIKE TO CHASE FOR YOUR ITEMS! I WILL NEVER BUY FROM THIS PLACE AGAIN!!!I'll update how I go with a refund...P.s if I would give it zero stars I would have

Really good experience with these guys watch is amazing in perfect condition arrived 5 days earlier and awsome updates from big daddy watches and dhl on its progress whilst been shipped will definitely be buying a few more thanks big daddy watches

Sad about all the other negative reviews, but I have purchased 6 watches so far no problems, longest I did wait for one watch was two weeks, but other than that so happy with all my purchases. Definitely can't complain. Always order In Advance to be safe, seeing that they mostly get sent from overseas, unless stated Auckland stock.

keep will a way from big daddy watches son get a watch from them and its damaged you can not phone them you get lie from e-mail watch has a 12 mouth warrnty but will not fix it replace it or give money back so keep will away from nealing from big daddy
