Guy behind the counter is so rude. Couldn't care less when queried over a purchase made by my son based on misinformation from his staff which cost more than he intended to spend then pulled childish faces at me as I left the store. Needs some training in customer service.

Dude at the counter was bloody rude. My partner wanted a game for Father’s Day, our son took the game to the counter excited to get his dad a gift and was refused the sale as the dude assumed our son wanted it for himself (r18) game. Even after explaining it was for his dad and his dad telling the worker it was for him he still refused the sale. Absolute power tripper!!!! Never going there again.

Bunch of liars. Refurbished my arse. Gotta love getting home with a $400 Xbox to find out it doesn’t work at all. Offered a full refund but that doesn’t give me the product I was actually after in the first place. Really unhappy with the customer service. First and last purchase from these scam artists. This is most likely the exact same Xbox that someone else who has reviewed here has purchased and had the exact same issues. Check your tech repair guys cause they’re not doing their job.

Wonderfully helpful people, layout of the store makes sense and is spaced out nicely so you can still stay 1 Meyer away as well as hand sanitizer provided at the entrance and the counter. They were able to answer a question that had me stumped and even worked together to make sure I had all the information I needed to make an informative decision

Excellent store! Well stocked and well layed-out .... A store I frequent almost as often as the mall itself. Staff are always friendly and professional which is more than can be said for many of the other stores in this mall and the prices are competitive. One of my sons favourite stores as well. Highly recommend!
