Politeness: Politeness is almost a lost art. Saying 'hello,' 'good afternoon,' 'sir,' and 'thank you very much' are a part of good customer service. For any business, using good manners is appropriate whether the customer makes a purchase or not.Professionalism: All customers should be treated professionally, which means the use of competence or skill expected of the professional. Professionalism shows the customer they're cared for.Need to learn this so please teach your staff if possible..

Amazing service! Got a flat tire on the way back from Ramarama and these chaps helped me out. Two tired kids the in car and our tire was changed out in less than 30 minutes. Great work.

Tooks car for new tyres. Very quick service. Technician was helpful and quick to complete the job. No complaints. Wa supposed to be a 2 hour job. It actually took just an hour. Will use Beaurepairs again

Helpful friendly service. I appreciated the knowledgeable advice from the manager here. Talked me through maintaining my tires, showed me where my tires had worn (right through to the cord in one place). Listed the alternatives and let me make up my own mind without a hard sell. Great to know my family car now has safe tires.

Totally unprofessional. I booked a service for 9am. When I arrived on time, the guy on duty told me he can't accommodate me immediately and i'll have to wait indefinitely. I could have done so but the guy was unapologetic and so rude. He should not be facing the clients. I ended up leaving and went to another tyre shop.
