Ideally ZERO stars today for customer service. I walk into the store, the shop assistant who had previously worked at KILT, asks to assist me. I say I am looking for a dress for my daughter. She answers with Isn't your daughter fairly young?" I say: she will be 20 this year?... Her direct response is: "You should try looking at Trouble and Fox!" Absolutely no attempt to even ask what I might be looking for and she announced this at the top of her voice across the store as though she's in a market. She is the reason I stayed away from shopping at KILT for many months despite loving their garments

I love going into Max.Friendly staff, like their your friends. Helpful too, clothing natural fibres is cool. I'm enjoying seeing new styles appear, natural does not need to mean Conservative and boring. Love the styles coming in.
