Sold me the wrong wheel bearing and u joint after giving them my number plate and then paid a mechanic to pull the old wheel bearing and u joint out. Cost me alot, having to pull it apart twice. And they wanted to take no responsibility for it. The chap behind the counter sold me 4wd products when mines a 2wd. And jackie I did write and ring to head office in Wellington but they both said that people make mistakes and that I need to accept that. Went to supercheap to pick up a water pump, they did not have one in stock. Went to Repco, they had one in stock, a good one too with a metal impeller. Hamish pacintly priced up the pump, 2 drive belts, some different types of grease and was able to give me some good discounts with my repco platinum card and let me take my sweet time deciding what I did and did not need. Very happy with Hamish's help.Supercheap's cheapest oil flush was $15, I got two for $16 at repco. Could have saved 5 bucks on my oil too. I'll be going to repco first next time.

The team here is amazing and super friendly, came in late to find a part for my car, they stayed late and helped sort it out for me. Definitely a good place to good if you're looking to buy parts for your car and are inexperienced in mechanical repairs or part finding.
