I have occupied an office in the Quay Business Centre since April 2012. I have found it to be a very suitable for our business needs with all the right facilities and efficient management staff. Its is also ideally located in the heart of the Wellington CBD.

Quay Business Centre
Our small business has called QBC home for more than 6 years now. The location is hard to beat: a two-minute walk from the waterfront, and immediate access to shops, restaurants and other amenities in the heart of the CBD. We have outstanding views of Wellington Harbour, Lambton Quay, Te Ahu Mairangi and Midland Park. Importantly, the facilities continue to meet our changing professional needs.

QBC is an awesome place to have offices. Key things for us are location (in the heart of the CBD), the fact that the building has a top EQ rating, the staff and current tenants are super friendly, & the unexpected treats in the kitchen are always a bonus. Thanks to Joy & Helen
