If I was wanting this to be any easier I don't know how I could make any suggestions. The staff I dealt with were so friendly, understanding, genuinely empathetic and very professional. I felt like I had nothing to worry about, the choices were well explained. Nina made the whole process bearable.

My father found this place on the internet before his death, and liked the look of it because of the low price. So in line with this we engaged Christchurch Crematorium Funerals to arrange his funeral for us. And not only did they have the low price, they had excellent service as well, a nice chapel and a great spread for the afternoon tea. My expectations were exceeded, my family was VERY happy with the whole proceedings. I dealt with all the administrative side from Brisbane, Australia, as we are in covid times and Lynn was marvelous, professional and very courteous during this time. I could not have asked for anything more, it was all taken care of from start to finish. Lynn and her team are awesome! The price was amazing, the facilities were perfect. Exactly what my dad would have liked. He looked so handsome on the day! Thank you again.
