Great customer service, Beautiful suits and Decent price point. However materials might be questionable? Trousers to the suit between groin area doesn't seem to hold up. I've worn them 2-3 times a week for 6 months and I've had to repair them twice :(

Great service when hiring a suit at the last minute. Sound advice on colors, size, accessories. Didn't try to sell us anything we didn't need and we got exactly what we wanted super quick. When others turned us down, Rembrandt came through so we will be going back!

Fantastic selection for a serious suit and other formal attire. Great staff and have mending and alterations services. You got to see to believe. Prices are actually reasonable for the quality.

First time I went there looking for clothes and I could find an entire outfit for my event and surprisingly an excellent customer service which is hard to find in New Zealand. Keep on the good work, definitely going back for more clothes there.

Truly exceptional service. They treat you with respect and are willing to go the extra mile to get you exactly what you want. They also stock a significant range of clothes for the more portly man and will order in suits to try on.Pros: top of the range service; great range; high quality clothes; good deals; provision for larger men.Cons: they don't stock shoes in a wide fit.

I was in a rush and needing a suit for a funeral. I'm also not easy to fit, so I expected nothing. In less than 15 min in the door I have a dignified medium grey suit, and a recommendation of where to get the pants hemmed in an hour. It doesn't get better that this.

No trouble to hire a suit that they make sure fits you. Expensive, but worth it. I was very comfortable in it for formal ocassion at Government House.

Continue to receive excellent service from Rembrandt Lower Hutt store after 10 years of purchasing suits there. They also provide excellent alterations and repair services. Wouldn't let my husband shop anywhere else for business clothes.
