worst customer service ever; lady served a person that came after us and we were trying to nicely say that we came in before them- the lady came off really rude not even hearing what we were saying. she was telling something about the eftpos, we could not understand her properly so we asked politely what they meant and she said that if we “listened” we would understand. Workers name is Kayla, brown hair.

Very disappointed have had under cooked soggy food .one time burnt and now just all oil no church . definitely want be coming back it's definitely not as good as it use to be and had quite a bit of wait when only people where there

Absolute schit service. Online order of Value Zinger Feast and a few other items. Once delivered the burgers were only a bun with original piece of chicken and mayo, not Zinger fillets. Once got thru to manager via phone he advised they were ‘original’ zinger meaning not zinger just original chicken. A Zinger burger is a Zinger burger. We asked when the new burgers could be delivered ‘oh unsure could be 1/2 hour or more’. I drove in to get burgers. The manager didn’t even apologise and pretty much said it was our fault for ordering the ‘Zinger original’. No offer of compensation or anything.Absolutely terrible customer service. Not even customer service. Will no longer be going to KFC oamaru.

Whenever we order here , usually the buckets you can guarantee they mis counted or left something out , always check your order it's a common occurrence here , has happened on delivery and pickup.

Abysmal service yet again. Waited in-store for 10 minutes at counter without even an acknowledgement. 3rd time this has happened KFC head office needs to urgently take back this franchise and save your reputation

The food is great - however they are wonderful as missing out order items everytime. Only order if you want to play roulette with what item will be missing this time.

Nothing bad with customer service or waiting time. But, the store did not have a good impression. The self ordering service was there but was not operating. So, had to wait in the queue and order from the counter. Usually when v order a coke, what we get is that cup , and that having experienced that for years, what v expect when ordering a Coke is that cup. Instead got a can.

Don't go in very often, had lots of issues in the past with missing items from orders or given wrong order, undercooked chips, broken coleslaw with no dressing left etc got a voucher once but only had a month to use it and didn't realise till it was too late. Has been much better service lately so that's good food mostly fresh, hot and tasty.
