Good service. Fair price (matched competition). Served by (Dan?) who was efficient, friendly, knowledgeable and didn’t stuff around. Really easy transaction and experience. Couldn’t really find fault anywhere.

Previously would have rated a 3 or 4 star but customer service had deteriorated a lot recently. Emailed Customer Care about price promise, wrote back once. We were happy with the answer and wrote back but heard nothing. Sent another follow-up email, still nothing. Sent another follow-up, not hopeful that there will be any customer care at all.I would understand if they were all busy but most of them just stood there looking around the store or just talking to each other.We just walked out of the store and on our way outside, a couple approached us and talked about how appalling the customer service was there because they were ignored as well.Ended up going to another store and purchasing the item we needed.

Fast, efficient, and knowledgeable staff. Smaller store but will stocked for the size. Free undercover parking at the door.

Hm was was nice to visit good gear.

Great service,brought back carpet cleaner with seized water pump,only used 3 times,cost me $750.Estimate of repair $150.They gave me a new one to replace within 5 days.Great service

Very helpful knowledgeable salesperson who didn't push us into any particular product and that helped us enormously when choosing the right product for us. My wife appreciated the patience of the sales guy and felt happy we had shopped at the right place.

Tom was amazing. Great knowledge about wall ovens, induction tops, dishwashers, Microwaves, waste disposal units, and extraction units. And all with no pressure and great advice.

Lady at the front desk has zero customer service. I asked her about airpod cases and she said “sorry we don’t sell them separately from the airpods”. What stupid answer is this ? Then i asked its the protective cases Im talking about and she said, “oh I don’t know ask one of the guys at the back”. She doesn’t greet or bothered to help customers. She’s gives a bad reputation to the store.
