I feel terrible I didn't get the guys name! But huuuge thank you! I also work in customer service so I have a very high expectation in this line of work and this guy was amazing!! My first time buying riding gear, I was nervous & thought it would be a complete drama but who ever you wore you really saved the day, you made it a pleasure, I am very grateful! We definitely will become regular customers ☺️

I had just purchased a scooter and needed to buy a helmet. So my husband and I popped in to see what they had, we walked out with 2 helmets and gloves. Great service didn't try and sell me anything I didn't need, and they had what I wanted in my budget and colour.

The guys here are great, if you need a wof on your bike in Saturday this is the place to go! Very detailed checks. They were helpful and accomadating.

Took my bike in for a Wof and to remove the service light, got told they can't just remove the service light, so I said, just do what has to be done, but the oil has been changed last week, and the oil filter. Get my bike back the following week and would you look at that $260 for a Wof and removing the service light, and they have charged me for new oil and a new oil filter. Then get told they have to change the oil themselves for a service, as if an oil and filter change has to be done by specialists at $100 an hour. Lol

Won't fix any issues from a warrant and looks for non issues (failed due to hand bar ends - which passed at vtnz ....). Don't waste your time - My REPY from Owner - AND I did ask to fix the problem which your team said We do do not fix (will not fix) any wof issues". If you have changed your mind since a year ago
