Not professional. They engaged with us in getting a quote for doing landscaping in our section. Initial contacts were fine. After couple of meetings, when they were supposed to gives us the quote the contact person asked for extensions and then went AWOL. Wasted our time. Not professional.

I have dealt with a lot of landscape companies over the years, and this team is the most fantastic bunch I have dealt with. Fantastic quality and service, turn up on time and work like machines! Any faults are sorted super quick, best follow up service I have ever received. Thanks Craig, Tim, Mark, Gareth and team, you are legends! When we were building a new house we looked a several landscapers. Immediately Greenscapes stood out. Craig took the time to actually come out to our site and discuss options. He was great with suggesting alternatives and we ended up getting all the hard and soft landscaping done through them (including driveway, paths and patios). The end result was fantastic and it was done promptly and with no fuss. We would definitely use Greenscapes again in the future, and would highly recommend them to anyone want an excellent finished product.

Came over to see what I wanted done, was told I would be emailed quote within the day. Never revived quote, sent a follow up text, no reply. Called to try get quote, was told they would follow up and get back to me and never heard back. Unprofessional and no communication.
