Just had an engagement ring valued by Julia, she was great to communicate with via email. It was an easy process and would recommend the 1 hour service as you can just pop next door to Winona Forever for brunch / lunch while you wait.

This was the provider who my insurance company used for claim. They were very easy to deal with and sorted the appropriate replacement.

Can't fault the service I was given. They did a great job of repairing my ring and it looks fantastic. Also appreciated the constant contact from JVC all the way along my journey with them. 10 out of 10!!!!!

I just spoke to the jewellery valuer Heather and had a horrendous experience!!Heather was very rude on the phone to both me and my husband. She kept calling my necklace Mangalsutra which it is not. When we corrected her she just kept saying it’s the same thing - culturally inappropriate and ignorant!! She then went on to say that 1 pavan is 10 g which it is not!! It is actually 8g. She degraded everything we said. Said that from a photo we sent she estimated the gold necklace to be 10 g lighter!! Based on no evidence. Then said that my platinum earrings can not possibly be platinum even though she has never seen them and became quite angry when we said that we don’t remember what shop they were bought from.Do NOT use JVC if you have rare items! You will be faced with cultural ignorance and rudeness.

I've worked with them for over 2 years now, done over a hundred valuations and they do an excellent job. Superior knowledge of jewellery, friendly staff, exemplary service. I highly recommend them.

Seriously unimpressed with Gareth and JVC Claims. 5 months to fix a watch. Every time I called he had just spoken to the watchmaker" and would get back to me. I always had to call him. Get it back

Good customer service. We wanted the right shade of blue for my Sapphire and they found it. Their photos of the stone needed to be much bigger and a higher resolution as they were hard to see and compare.
