I had my wisdom teeth out only yesterday, and I cannot recommend this place enough. From start to finish, everybody was so professional, caring and I felt like I had a lot of support. The instructions for my recovery pre and post surgery have been extremely clear and easy to follow, so I can only thank whoever made the sheet. I was very nervous, as it was my first time going under general Anesthetiser, but all my concerns were put to rest very quickly. Dr Ian Cathro is truly such a professional, I feel so grateful that we have people like this fronting our health workforce. Once again, come here for any of your teeth needs, you will not regret it.

Dr Neil did my wisdom teeth surgery and it was incredible how fast and easy he made the whole thing! I was anxious going into it but it couldn't have gone better! I barely felt any pain in recovery, literally didn't feel like anything had been done. Its great how sedation makes the surgery feel like 1 second. Super professional service- Thank you for a great experience!

Ian Cathro and his team are both professional and hospitable - they made me feel comfortable from the minute I entered the building. From consultation right through to surgery, they were friendly and welcomed any questions regarding the removal of my wisdom teeth and I am now pain-free after two years. I had all Four Wisdom Teeth Removed by Dr Neil Luyk. On the Day Dr Neil Luyk and his Surgical team were amazing, their confidence in their work made me feel at ease and the surgery went well.However, getting in contact with someone via phone is difficult and when recovering from surgery it can be a bit frustrating, but they say that are are always extremely busy. One thing which was very odd and and I couldn't get my head around was the receptionist 'practice manager' Nikki's attitude. I thought that it was very poor taste to be rude, so irritable towards patients, to talk over people, to treat patients with no respect ( the look on her face spoke many words) and to then be nice to then be disrespectful again. As someone who was raised to have respect towards everyone, Nikki's attitude shocked me and I really didn't like going into the clinic for a post-op check up to attend to my concerns because she made me feel so uncomfortable and unwelcome. I think patients already have enough to deal with after surgery, and could do without Nikki's rudeness. The other receptionist on the other hand, absolutely lovely and kind and so helpful.

I had my upper wisdom teeth removed by Dr. Neil Luyk. The experience and care here was highly professional and kind. I am not an anxious person in medical settings, however if you are you have nothing to worry about here.They thoroughly explained the issues with my teeth and everything that was going to happen prior to the procedure. In surgery I had an IV placed in my arm then boom - straight to sleep and the whole thing was over in what felt like a second. They took me to a recliner, laid a blanket on me, changed my gauze, and brought my driver in/explained everything to him and off I went.10/10 experience is what I kept saying in the car on the way home - LOL! Awesome practice and staff. The aftercare has been going very well with minimal swelling and pain. Thank you for taking great care of me and Happy Early Holidays!

I had all my wisdom teeth taken out a few months ago by Dr. Ian Cathro.I was sedated (IV), I had very strict instructions to take a pill at a certain time and had to have someone drive me to the hospital.I had a drip connected to me and then the only thing I remember is the first local anesthetic going in and then after that I don't remember anything until waking back up.My surgery went well, said Ian and I had my post op instructions + medicine and then I was sent home.The next few days of recovery I swelled up and I started to get a bit of pain around my surgery area - but taking ibuprufen worked wonders and I also had a ice headband that Oral Surgery gave me.The next few weeks I healed well and I would say that I had a very good recovery.As a nervous person going to the dentist, I was very pleased with how my surgery went overall.

Was referred here and all I can say is nope nope nope. A family member was referred elsewhere and what a huge difference in post op care. Nikki is very rude to deal with. I could almost pay to be seen by another specialist for a follow up appointment than be seen for no charge and deal with an unprofessional service. Interesting that there is a 5 star review by Nikki Blackmore ".I do not recommend this place. Its been traumatic and I' never want to deal with Nikki ever again. She is the reason why people lose faith in humanity."

Dr. Neil did a great job (thank you!) with extraction and implants, the staff was helpful and polite except for the blonde woman at reception (didn't catch her name unfortunately) who mocked my stuttering (which was a strange thing to hear as an adult from an adult, I didn't react, but should have told her off). Maybe she thought that was funny? Well, it was not.Overall pleased with the experience, my treatment took a long time and I'm happy it's finally over.
