One of the staff members came outside when I was there late at night and had a friendly chat and he offered to make fresh food instead of what was in the warmer. The hot food is actually far better than I had expected.-1 star because some stuff is really overpriced and -1 star because there's a single small bench. It would be great if you installed an extra bench or offered temporary seating or something just so if you order hot food you can sit down and eat it before it goes cold.Just be wary of evenings/nights where students drink; the place is flooded with drunk young people which creates a very specific environment you may or may not be OK with.

Rose was absolutely wonderful, super nice and talkative when making my shake.Will gladly continue to come regularly.

This store provides an unrivalled service All the time, that it's allowed to. Alcohol is not available 24/7, but that is no fault of the store. Purchase of those goods requires a little forward planning, but that is not difficult.

Just got my wife and myself an absolute 10/10 popcorn deluxe shake. Was presented exactly as it looked in the picture and tasted absolutely amazing.

these places kinda suck but when you're drunk at 3am the waffle fries are the best thing in the entire world and i'll die on that hill slay 3/5

Ordered night n day through Menulog it was 1 hour later and no updates I called up asking if it’s gonna come they said no you have to pick it up even tho I ordered delivery they didn’t apologise then I asked has it been waiting there since 10:30 they said yes I said well since I ordered hot food and hot chocolate it’s gonna be cold and bad so I asked for the hot chocolate at least to be warm or remade as who wants a hour cold chocolate. But they said no your order has been sitting there for a hour like it’s my fault that yous can’t get your job done and deliver it Terrible service for the guy who was on the phone not 1 sorry for the customer guy just said pick it up nothing else

Absolute garbage. The food is overpriced and usually terrible. I have bought bread from there that was actually past the expiry date. But the worst experience i had was yesterday. I bought some pies and they were the worst pies i have ever eaten. The first one was black on the bottom from being in the warmer for who knows how long, it tasted like charcoal. The second one was so uncooked that it tasted like raw Pastry and nearly made me throw up. Go anywhere else if you can.
