My experience with Lorraine has been life changing, with changes after my first RTT session. Lorraine put me at ease, was non-judgemental, and understood my concerns from the word go. The recordings have been invaluable, and I am so excited to continue to see growth and change happening on my journey to improve my health and wellbeing.

Since completing my RTT programme with Lorraine I have gained insight into the origins of certain behaviours that were negatively impacting my life. Lorraine is a thoughtful and intuitive practitioner guiding and supporting her clients through some challenging issues. She does this with warmth and without judgement. Lorraine and RTT have changed my life. After five plus decades of battling with food and my weight this was my last ditch attempt to stop my war with food. I have to say I was sceptical but I felt I had to give myself one last shot. I booked a 20 min session with Loraine because I had a rash on my belly button for 3 years along with irrepressible scratching, I heard hypnotherapy could help with that. On the first meeting Loraine gave me a short hypnotherapy recording to listen to a few times before my appointment so I could get familiar with the process and it helped to build my trust. I also had to feel a questionnaire and I found this helped me to put words and get my mind clear on what healing would look like for me.During the session it felt like I was always present and aware, yet I went deep from the begining and re-lived some emotions related to old situations from younger years, yet I felt like it was the right thing to do. Towards the end of the session Loraine created a recording for me. The recording weaves beautifully some of the personal objectives I had towards my healing with some words of Lorraine's which addressed the healing that needed to be done regarding the situations that came up during the session. Her words are very kind, gentle and helpful.After 3 weeks of listening we caught up and since it was not entirely healed we convened that I would keep listening until it is better. After 10 weeks it is finally healed and I am grateful and feel free and confident. Thanks Loraine!

Lorraine's RTT course has been life changing. I wasn't sure hypnotherapy would work on me. But it felt gentle and had a profound affect. I feel a strength and clarity that I can use in so many aspects of my life now. I had a mixture of in person and zoom sessions and felt they were equally effective. I was a recipient of a free session of hypnotherapy from Lorraine following her dedication. I'm a scientific person and could be described as skeptical of treatments that access one's subconscious. What surprised me was how easily I was able to instantly and cognitively address the source of my specific stress (attending face to face court sessions against a serial offender). I still hear the thoughts I called forward in my head to this day and I continue to need to call on those words to anchor myself and avoid panic attacks in the pursuit of justice. I wish I lived closer to Lorraine so I could benefit from her amazing abilities in person. I would recommend anyone to use her services both from the point of view of efficiency (I had a single session) and effectiveness.

By Far the best experience I have had this year, I have been on a Journey of self discovery / Healing and trying a lot of different approaches but I always seemed to slip back into old patterns or self destructive Habits, but This experience has finally worked for me, this is a huge relief for me and I’m finally finding peace within my self and having a better understanding of the what why and how I was acting the way I was and now I have been given powerful tools from Lorraine to keep myself on track and living my best life !She is super trust worthy, professional, Helpful and makes it super comfortable to go into detail of what is holding you back.
