Tony's Tyre Service - Henderson

Tony's Trye service in Henderson are amazing! Their service was top-notch, I truly recommend using these guys. Unfortunately I didn't get the name of the main guy in the office, but he was absolutely brilliant A+++

This review is for the 0800 mobile Auto service. I called requesting a quote for some auto electrical service, the call centre person said the local mechanic was busy, I gave him my details and what I wanted a quote for, no reply from the mechanic so I went to someone else

****Please be aware ****I went to get my WOF done at Tony's Tyres Henderson today 6th June 2023 at 3pm and was disappointed with the experience. The WOF inspector was very picky and failed my car for a very minor thing that could have been easily passed if they had been listed as recommendations. I suggested this to the inspector and to the manager, Gaurav, but they were both adamant that the car had to fail.I was very frustrated by this, so I took my car to VTNZ straight away at 4:15 pm and they passed it without any issues. I went back to Tony's Tyres Henderson at 5:03 pm to show them the evidence of the passed WOF and to discuss the issue with Gaurav. He understood my frustration, but he said that he couldn't overwrite the WOF inspector's decision. I asked for the refund, which He agreed to.I would advise others to be aware of this experience before taking their car to Tony's Tyres Henderson for a WOF. The inspector there is very picky and try his best to fail your car for a minor unnecessary thing that could be easily passed and added to remomandation section for the car owner's attention. If you do have a problem, the manager, Gaurav and other staff are understanding but they can't do anything to overturn the inspector's decision.

Our daughter had a puncture in one tyre and asked for that to be fixed. The guy tried to tell her she needed 3 new tyres as they were all cracked and gave her a $700 quote. She just had a new wof so we knew this wasn't right. She took it around the corner to another place who fixed it for $35 and did not see a problem with any of the other tyres. Poor service at Tonys and not trust worthy. Definitely wouldn't go back.

Editing my review as Tony's kindly reached out to rectify the situation. I have always had pleasurable service from this branch, and this experience, although inconvenient, will have me returning again.Booked in for a wheel balancing. The person on the phone gave me an 8am booking on a Saturday, confirmed by a text message. I turned up at the shop to find no one there, and it only opened at 9am. Unimpressed by this.

The team went above and beyond when they hit a snag with one of my wheel nut keys being missing. Really appreciated their kindness and infinity and beyond customer service. Just really appreciative of the work they did for me.

My partner and I came in to replace 2 of the back tyres and the guy who helped us (really sorry forgot his name) was really nice and even came early before the time he told us to be there so that my partner could return home on time to start work. We came on Wed 12th Apr 2023 before 7.30am so hopefully if the guy that helped us sees this and that he knows that he did an awesome job along with his colleague and would highly recommend this place and his excellent customer service.

Excellent service, every tech is dedicated to their job and give incredible customer service. They go above and beyond my expectation and i was very impressed.

Thank you for the fantastic customer service and great pricing. Friendly, helpful & respectful staff. You saved me money from what I was quoted with another mechanic. I really appreciate it. Will definitely come back here in future.
