Love my new car. Love the high standard friendly services I received from the sales boy Matt. Well done Matt. Very appreciated for the details you provided. No pushy at all but I still decided to buy the insurance from them. Only one concern is about the hatch door button. Sometimes it does not work properly. I am happy to give the 5 stars anyway.

Disappointed that Lexus sell a BEV without charging cables for public fast chargers, and the response when I asked for one. The vehicle comes with a standard 3 pin charger for a home socket but that is all. If you actually want to go anywhere in it you need to buy a cable (not all stations have one in petrol station" style). Other car brands provide pretty much anything that you could want. The car itself is fine but the attitude when I asked for a cable was less than helpful! Add $300+ to the cost of a new EV from them."

They don’t have loan cars available till a month later when you book you car for a service, and even then they charge you extra for it! On top of the thousand dollars plus of business you give them for a service.Also, the service staff don’t know what they’re doing and the service price estimates keep changing - so much so that I decided to go to the North Shore branch instead- loan car available for free on whichever day you want, and the same service was over $500 less!

Can not be happier with my new purchase from Lexus Auckland City.Karl leads a great team of people who are passionate and great at what they do. They helped me to find a car that suits my budget. Walked me through almost every details of the vehicle as this being my first lexus. Thank you!

Just taken possession of a new RX500F Sport , having had a 2017 RX350 limited. The thing is not only are they remarkably reliable and share luxury to drive the after sale service is 2nd to none. I guess it’s this service they offer is one of they keys that takes me back every time.Lexus of Auckland thank you, highly recommend these guys and gals.

Well Done you !! Engela Pretorius !!Having a broken lock nut and a Screw firmly lodged in my front tyre of IS250, I was running from pillar to post to purchase a lock nut to get the tyre off to get the puncture fixed! Following a members comment on Facebook wall of Club Lexus advising me to go to Lexus showroom in Auckland City, I ended up on Engelas desk on a very gloomy rainy day!!RIght from the get go, Engela took charge of the situation, offered me a cup of coffee, checked with her foreman if they had the part and time to provide service, drew a Blank. She then approached the parts person to try and source it locally. No luck, then some luck with getting the said part in 12 to 15 weeks time !! Not an option. Engela then suggested trying the local shops dealing with tyres. Made a few calls and drew a blank. She offered me a cup of coffee for the second time.At this stage it was the last thing on my mind but the first thing I needed. I still decided to brave the rain and head off. Engela ushered me to the door and as I was getting in the car she said could we go back in for a moment....she had a brain wave of some sort ! She then proceeded to make calls to experts who could help with removing the stud at the good old fashion methods when all else fails! We were in luck. Job done, She even fixed an appointment over the phone with someone not even remotely connected with Lexus! Dis someone I hear going above and beyond the call of duty '?Relieved I took her up on the coffee and she even got me a Lexus Bikki !!Well done the Team at Lexus Auckland City !! May your tribe increase."

We came here and bought this Dark green new Lexus UX for my grandma and I was so excited that my grandma got a new car for her birthday, Oliver was so helpful as he was demonstrating my grandma how to use the features in the lexus UX. I had a lovely experience here because Matt the sales person is a very cool man and I love the lexus cars and suvs as they are so beautiful and amazing models ❤, what a fantastic exprience here,

Excellent friendly service. So very helpful and didn't mind any of my ongoing questions, because I bought a totally different type of car. All new to me!!!!
