The customer service was extremely poor. Waited 4 minutes for a greeting from the lady behind the desk. Went with intention of becoming a member - first impression changed my mind. I could not settle on becoming a member of a gym where friendliness and customer service were sorely lacking.

All the staff is lovely, except for the red head lady. The worst customer service I have ever experienced and I work in retail. I tried to sign up and she was completely blunt and rude when there was no need. Definitely not going back and not signing up i’ll take my business to flex fitness and so will my friends.

Just started at this gym 2 weeks ago so far it has been great, awesome facility. Heaps of gear/machines. 24 hrs too which is good if you're working everyday!

Great gym just the new entrance is a bad design. Once you scan you can’t scan in again which means if you miss the door or anything happens you can’t get into the gym. Has happened to me twice now and seen it happen to two other people.

The lady won’t let me workout here yet because it’s not officially open yet. I ran 4K to get here and it’s all ready to go, everything is set up. But she kicked me out. Granted they were very apologetic and I guess I understand their legal obligations.

All staff are very lovely apart from the chick with orange hair. She was so rude, no expression and had no manners. Her customer service made me feel like I was not welcomed into the gym. Very unfortunate considering everyone else in the gym are awesome.
