Mike is professional and friendly, someone who makes you feel like you are in good hands and that he has your best interests at heart. He is polite, informative and very efficient. My husband and I have had our health/life insurances with Mike and his team for at least 5 years now.We have been so appreciative of how easy it is to deal with Mike, he is so responsive and professional and he really goes in to bat for us if/when we have needed to claim. He always answers any questions we have and makes the process easy and accessible.Recently we have had to make a claim for a private colonoscopy and we are SO grateful we had this insurance in place because the wait via the public system was huge.
