I went into Hornby branch to purchase some tools, needed to use the loo while I was in there, was told I couldn't due to company policy, so I left promptly and not planning on going back.

Great prices and service, prompt postage, great product.Had a deal going on Bahco Moras at $11 each!!! I got 5 for less than the price of 2 standard Moras I had attempted purchasing from another supplier.

Have been very impressed with the service provided over numerous visits. The selection of (trade quality) tools is decent. The staff are friendly and polite. The staff also provide excellent advice, and will try their best to suggest options that suit your needs/budget.

Great range of battery and mains powered powertools and equipment, wrenches, spanners, hacksaws etc. They stock a good range of CRC type spray cans, grease, lubricants etc. Also a good range of gloves, masks, eye protection. Recommended.
