If I’m could give a zero it would be zero after the false information this week and bad service today

Beware of purchasing from Millers fashion online, firstly it is not a New Zealand site even though they pretend to be, all transaction, warehousing is through Australia.We ordered 11 items in November 2021, it is now almost April 2022 and we have received a grand total of 2 items. For 2 months now we have been requesting a refund of the outstanding balance but these requests are ignored and all we get is automated messages saying they are working on it and have on two occasions claimed that our order has been successfully completed.Millers fashion online claim to be a different entity to Millers Fashion stores but it must be remembered that they share branding, reputation etc, this group also includes Ezibuy. I am afraid they have lost these customers and extended family/friends. forever.If it was possible to post a negative 5 star review these guys certainly deserve it

Store was neat and tidy and well stocked with specials on at the timeTwo staff members were in store behind the counterI was not greeted but given eye contactThey both were talking behind the counterI took a item to fitting room to try on and walked out to show my partnerThe staff looked on but didn't ask me if I needed any help or anythingI did this a couple of timesAnd went to the counter to purchase the itemService was ok but could of asked if I needed anything else or assisted me at fitting room

After buying some items online (from Miller website),I needed to exchange a skirt for a smaller size. Because that skirt was not Miller's brand, I was asked to leave it at the store and send an email to customer service and ask them to call the store and get the confirmation that I returned that.Honestly,it is really annoying that they sell items in the Miller site and don't do any customer service for it and ask customers to handle the whole process in case of refund or exchange!!!!Anyway, I did the process but did not get any refund in more than three weeks;On my second visit, I was advised that I needed to call customer service and ask them to call the store!!!!! I did so, and CS told me the whole process was wrong, and I needed to go to the store, take the skirt and give it to the warehouse to get a refund, which means again they asked me to do what was their job, and I had to correct their annoying mistakes and wrong instruction.I went to take the skirt, the lady working there told me there is no warehouse in New Zealand !!!! which means calling to CS was absolutely useless. Still have that skirt, and no one could direct me correctly in 2 months.It was a frustrating, disappointing and annoying experience shopping for this brand.Why do you do something when you don't have the capability to process it?

Just wanted to say 'Thankyou' for the customer service given by two lovely ladies on Friday morning, they were so helpful with my clothing dilemma and a pleasure to deal with. The store was looking very tidy, best its been in a while. Thanks ladies!
