It seems like this store has a lot of problems. I asked the staff there to add my friend as my companion into the plan. He added her number as a whole new plan which is $80 a month instead of $30. Not sure whether or not the staff knew what he was doing. Probably needs more training.

Pathetic service.One staff member on the counter.20 minute wait for a Sim card. Q hasn’t moved one place. Recommend going to be a retail store outside of Albany mall

The help was polite and helpful, but really slow. This was causes long queues. It took the sales person almost 30 minutes to work why the new app was not accepting monthly payments.

Slack, unskilled and uncaring treatment by the sales person Tom.I should think that a sales consultant selling $1000 phones would treat a customer who was clearly upset at having just lost my phone would show more patience and compassion. His attitude was very rude and condescending. I had no time to research what phone I wanted and he had no idea the difference between S22 and S21fe.He forced me to buy a phone that I didn't want and I have taken this issue further for investigation

warning. Scam plan. I bought a Samsung s23 ultra with 24 month plan recently and only found this phone is faulty it lags seriously during navigation. Always says searching for GPS. I went to this shop and returned the phone but they did not tell me I must stay in the 24 month plan. The staff are very much untrained. I will definitely report this scam to CUSTOMER PROTECTION. Very indignant!

Me and my friend entered the shop to trade in her old phone for a new one and to set up the new mobile phone plan. We were in the store for a total of 1 hour and 45mins. For over 30 minutes the person who was serving us was just sitting there doing nothing talking on an online help chat system. He did not say anything to us or explain what he was doing. After an hour he eventually printed out the contract which was the wrong contact. So we had to wait and go over it all over again. The man had no idea what he was doing and instead of asking for help or explain anything to us we were waiting in the store for an hour and 45mins. For something that could have been done in 30 mins. He was rude and did not listen nor communicate with us anything that he was doing. When I asked how much longer it would take because it’s been a hour and a half and he was completely rude and said it had only been 25 mins which was incorrect. I would not recommend coming here and I was very unhappy with the service and disrespectful staff member.
