Damaged property, poor work, and unreliable

The car was booked in for 10am and we were told 1pm for pickup. Got there at 1pm and they hadn't even done it. The girl we delt with at reception when dropping it off didn't know anything about it when we arrived at 1pm to pick it up. Poor communication and won't be going back there. Also made us late for our next appointment at 2pm

Had excellent service from the team over bert Munro challenge weekend. Sent motorhome off for rust repair before windscreen replacement. Very satisfying to see good service is most important thing in any business. Well done .ta.

Did a great job on replacing a windscreen - including arranging rust removal via a Panel shop.

Not overly impressed. The job was great. Some staff members a bit bossy, telling customers what should be done. Umm,I just needed a new windscreen

Got a chip repaired here, went to another Smith&Smith the day after who said that the original repair job was terrible and I'd need a new windscreen to pass my WOF. I booked with S&S Invercargill for a mobile service windscreen repair on a Monday. They showed up with the wrong windscreen, technician promised to re-book me for that same week with the correct windscreen. A day later, I received a random booking confirmation for an in-branch appointment in 3 weeks time. I called and, after much debate, managed to change it to a mobile appointment on the Friday. Come Friday, no one showed up to do the repair. I called S&S and had no apology, just got offered an appointment for 2-3 weeks time. Eventually after calling a fourth time I got put in touch with Customer Care Team" who then booked me in for a mobile appointment the next week. This time they did show up and brought the correct windscreen

Great service had a surface rust problem when I took my truck in but they sorted that for me and it was ready well before I was expecting it back, friendly crew will choose again but hopefully my windscreen doesn't Crack again anytime soon cheers Smith and Smith
